Discount Bank - בנק דיסקונ‪ט‬ 4+

Ok...I’ve seen countless banking apps out there and most of them are so bad that you rather go to the bank instead of using the app.
This app needs to set an example for other banking apps out there.
I’ve been saying it for years and I’ll say it again here, UI and UX is the most important factor in an app, but only when they are working together. There are a lot of banking apps that have great UI but the User Experience is just bad.
The fact that the UX and UI are so awesome and working together is rare in any app especially in banking apps.
Good Job on your virtual services you’re getting the game in the 21st century.

Very bad
Developer here urged me to contact the support.
Well, I did, I have already talked to the support about all these flaws and NOTHING happened.
So, I leave my previous review below and add this new one.
One more thing:
When a user says there is something wrong with the app, you don’t ask him to contact the support, you fix the app, update it and ask for a new review.
Don’t try to fix me or teach me, fix the app.

Old review:
Simply bad.
1. I keep getting annoying advertisements. Not only I can’t stop them but also when I switch between accounts, they pop up again as if maybe I didn’t want the service they promoted the first time, I would say “hey, for that account I do need it”.
2. I accidentally turned on the “Didi” voice once and couldn’t stop it. There was no visible “stop” button. It kept on jabbering until I quit the app. That incident happens while I was in the bank and the bank clerk did not know how to turn that off either.
3. I need to reset my password every now and then. The problem is that I sign in with a biometric device. Why am I locked out of my account every time I need to reset my password? Maybe I’ll reset my fingers as well?
4. I can’t set the primary account- the one I want to show first when I use the app. It always shows me the least important account (god knows why), when I first enter and than I need to switch accounts.

To turn off Didi's sound, please click the speaker icon positioned at the top left corner in any of Didi's screens (right next to the information icon).
In addition, you may change the order of your accounts appearance through the bank's website and accordingly the order of accounts will change in the application.
To change the order of accounts please act as follows on the Hebrew website:
אתר הבנק > לחיצה על אייקון העיפרון (מופיע משמאל לתיבת שם הלקוח ומספר החשבון) > עדכון כינוי לחשבון > סימון "חשבון ראשי להצגה".

Super easy to use. Online chat is the right way to contact support in 2018 and they respond pretty quickly.
I would suggest having the ux people think again about the menu as it has way too many options and it looks confusing but still i love it ❤️
