Ratings and Reviews
Not the US version, but still nice
This is not the original US app, and it is missing many features from the original.
The content is streamed in a lower quality than the American version .
That being said, this is still tons better than not being able to consume Disney+ content in Israel.
I really enjoy it! But...
There are a few features that need to be added as soon as possible, such as a menu where you can see all the tv shows and all the movies that are available on the service. The app shows only few and people are missing most of the content that you can find. Almost 80% of the content! So make sure you'll add a menu with all the movies and all the shows. Other than that- TV apps should be improved because there are a lot of bugs when you open the app. Other than that- works perfectly on the iPhone and Apple TV.
Missing Features
Feels like a stripped down version of Disney+. Some features are missing.. • No Dolby Atmos • No SharePlay support • No 4K and browsing on the iPad app is only vertical.. which is weird for a widescreen video app. • No picture-in-picture support as well • Missed also the ability to rewatch content (no history list • The service is lacking a lot of content. Even some Marvel content is missing (like Daredevil for example) • No ability to see who the actors are in a film/series. • there’re no subtitles available when downloading shows.
Not sure it’s worth the money once the promotions are expired.
