Description
You must own a Synology NAS or NVR to run this app, and be running the latest Surveillance Station 9.2.0 to get the complete set of features.
DS cam makes it possible to monitor and receive alert notifications from all your surveillance cameras set up on a Synology DiskStation. Smart features such as PTZ, patrols or lens control allow for perfect control of your cameras in real-time, while advanced filters make it easy to pinpoint any specific event from large lists of recordings. You can even perform all essential management tasks, from disabling a camera to unlocking and deleting a snapshot.

Wow ... first of all thank you very much for the detailed response. Second, it was my mistake completely so I missed the preset in the settings. Now I went into the settings again and saw that there is indeed a preset. Thanks again ☺️

Dear User, we do have preset function. First of all, make sure your camera support preset. If your camera supports it, you can edit preset point in Surveillance Station. When playing camera single view in DS cam, press more button on the top right of the screen. It will pop up a window and the preset button is in it. If there are still any problems, we can help you if you submit a ticket to our developer team via https://sy.to/support2svs. In addition, please paste ticket number here after you submit tickets to let us ensure issues have been solved.
