Came to Sweden. Installed the app, added rented car. Everything worked fine.Went to Norway, couldn't add the car, as the app thinks that I'm Swedish and doesn't recognize the Norwegian license plate format.No way to change my country. No way to choose the country of the car.Tried to delete the account too register a new one in Norway — couldn't register, because deletion takes a week.Have you even tried using your app, while traveling?!?!

Used the app and still got a fine by the local authority. The app offers a way to submit a complaint but they DON’T TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY, throwing it back to you for “not putting the right car details” which is rubbish. Not recommended unless you want to pay double - both to EasyPark and to local authority.
Extremely disappointed. SMS verification never arrives

Extremely disappointed. The registration process is a nightmare as the SMS verification never arrives, leaving users unable to authenticate their accounts. Adding insult to injury, upon requesting the SMS, the app claims that the message limit has been exhausted, compounding the frustration and rendering the app utterly useless

Tried with few numbers and it always ends up with the message that the maximum number of verification sms is exceeded… after waiting the 5 minutes - same result - not working. Can not register and can not use it.
