Worst app and product I’ve ever used
How on earth does the ENTR app not have a widget? This is ridiculous for an app that's supposed to make life easier. I should be able to unlock my house without wasting time opening the app. And as for the ENTR™ Fingerprint Reader? It's an absolute disaster – easily the worst piece of junk I’ve ever come across.

Is not user friendly, very difficult to understand
Couldn’t make a key for an other person,
Can open the door if not 2 meter from it
Enter smart lock
-no 24/7 access
-no authorization of door opening and closing times
-it is not possible to send a virtual key if the phone is inaccessible to the lock
