Aare route from Interlaken to Zurzach
The route is great. Very well marked and very nice. Indeed it is basically easy to moderate in difficulty.
We experienced bad start as our bikes were not found. Eventually we received two mountain e bikes instead but it was pretty harsh and rough day as we had to make our boat trip which we almost missed. We did not receive bike bags and those we received the following day were not fitted for our bikes. One of the bikes rear breaks is completely gone. I managed to end up the trip with the front break only. Eventually we managed to make it through.
We could not understand why you did not bring the bikes to us at Spiez and instead we had to go to Interlaken and go through all this mess instead of getting them in Spiez and take the boat from there.
Hotels on the trip: Spiez and Solothurn were excellent. Biel was ok but Bern and Zurzach- We would not recommend for the future.
The app is exceptionally and also your Hot line was very good. Gunther was extremely helpful and patient. Please forward our great thanks to him.
