I did not get my money back after the return and the customer service is ignoring me
In the beginning of August I bought a pair of sneakers that didn't fit me and decided to return them but there were not necessary documents in the box. I contacted customer service. They were answering very slowly (once in a week maybe) but eventually sent me the docs. After that I was waiting for a couple of weeks (!!) before they arranged a courier simply because they ignored my emails. I could send the package back only on the 30th of August. And from that time NO news from them whatsoever. I was writing a lot of emails and the only answer is “I will verify the situation and update you as soon as possible”. For two months. This is disgusting. I have no idea how to get my money back.
Horrible experience
Ive had a horrible experience becouse what happened is very weird
So what happened is after i got my package they came back at my house and took it from me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was very choked like what is this!!!!
This my package my money my item ive paid of all of it how could this happen to me!!!!!!
Plus there is always bugs about payment about delivery time its just very bad!!!
