It uses your phone’s camera and motion tracking to count your reps, monitor your form, and provide on-demand workouts streamed directly to your phone - like a real personal trainer. Exercise Form Tracking:
- Firefly app will ‘see’ your form and count your reps using advanced computer vision
- We do not see or record any video from your camera
- Accurately tracks and draws your joints on screen, allowing you to see what the trainer sees

Firefly has both a free and subscription version with premium features.

Subscription auto-renews so please turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours prior. Manage your subscriptions by going to the ‘Manage Subscription’ page in Settings.
