Fleetback is an integrated solution allowing car technicians and sales to communicate easily with their clients.
Thanks to Fleetback, car dealers can provide information on the intervention to be performed on the customer’s car directly to the customer when his car is still in the dealership. The information is supported by video messages allowing a very personalized customer experience. It is an innovative way for the clients also to validate with clearer information the maintenance they want to perform on their cars without any surprise on the price they will pay for it.
In addition the sales department also benefits from Fleetback. Customers’ requests for information on new or second hand cars can also be answered with this very personalized way.
This mobile app is the one designed for the technicians and sales to record the required elements, the customer receives a link allowing him to get the information on any connected device.
