Bad customer service
Used the app abroad, most of the time didn’t work. Rest of the holiday I spent on troubleshooting which didn’t work. Eventually I bought a local SIM card which worked. When I asked for a refund, they agreed only for a partial because I used 80% of the data, probably on troubleshooting. Anyway, roll this is not a way to handle customers. U lost me

It doesn’t work, you purchase esim with internet and can’t activate it!!
I lost my money, since they don’t want to return it!!
