Good app but even if I play as loud as i can the app can not here me on some notes and detects wrong notes even if I play the correct one its not that my microphone is bad

Hi there, thanks for writing. Could you tell which level or song this occurs? Also, are you on electric or acoustic? You can reach me at hello@zoundio.com. Here are some initial guidelines that might help: 1) Since the app listens to you it sometimes gets disturbed by noise in your surroundings. This could be and AC, washing machine or traffic. Make sure youre in a quiet room. 2) Tune your guitar before each setting. There is a tuner in the app. 3) Always use a pick when playing. This makes it easier for the microphone to hear you. 4) Place the mic on the phone close to where the sound comes from your guitar. 5) make sure the strings are not accidentally muted when you play (fingers or headphones wire can easy disturb the wires by mistake). 6) Play long clear notes. 7) Make sure iRig setting is set to OFF if youre not using an iRig, or set to ON if youre using one. Cancel the need for headphones
If you Don’t want to use headphones you can’t use the app. WTF?
