App has bugs

The app doesn’t work properly in the past few months and in the last few days, I can’t search users by notes Favorites.
Even when this option appears, it doesn’t work.

After being mistakenly banned from Grindr due to a minor age entry error, I've encountered a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Attempting to communicate with customer service via email has met with complete silence, and I've been waiting for several days for a response or a resolution to the issue, without any progress. This is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had, casting the platform in a very negative light in my eyes. It's crucial for a company to take its users' issues seriously and to address them efficiently and swiftly, especially when dealing with such a simple mistake that could have been easily corrected. The feeling of being neglected and the lack of interest in the needs of the customers severely undermine trust in the platform and its services.

It's just broken

I don't know how you people keep using it. It gets stuck on the same screen for weeks. When I get to another city, or apply a filter, it just does nothing for at best 7-12 days and sometimes longer. Not seconds, not minutes, just bloody days.
I have purchased XTRA membership and all I see is a button to purchase Unlimited.
It has never worked. Every time I gave it a go during the last decade, it never worked at all. I don't know why I keep reinstalling it - I have literally managed to meet somewhere there, because chats and profiles just disappear, and all the support says "you have to back them up".
