Bad experience
I am completely new to Henle application and very unfortunately the use is far from being smooth.
I installed the app and purchased Art of Fugue and Well Tempered Clavier I and II by Bach.
Firstly the app. refused to work, so I needed to delete it and reinstall, then I needed to write to Henle twice in order to get possible explanation and then they informed me that I will need to download 96 pieces - instead of downloading the collection of WTC.
Can anyone imagine downloading 96 pieces one by one because that’s what I will need to do in order to have the purchased WTC I&II? Is this so hard to have a possibility to download the whole collection?

We are very sorry that the app caused such an inconvenience. We are aware of this problem and are working very hard on resolving it as quickly as possible and make the app more user friendly in this regard!
problems
I purchased credit but it failed to be available...! My credit card was charged nonetheless. On top of that I deleted the app in hope it will fix the problem. when I tried to log in the passport appeared to be incorrect. I tried to set a new one through a link which was sent to my email but it doesn’t. please advise
