Toka Boca I wanted to tell you about something that happened to me, first of all I hope you read it because it's something that really saddened me so here's what happened about a month ago I got a new phone so of course I transferred all the data from the new cell phone and just wanted to say I bought All the game and my old cell phone was a bit broken it had no problems except the screen so I transferred all the data but everything I bought in the game did not pass and more than that it also disappeared from my previous cell phone
And believe me we spent a lot of money on the game and it really really saddened me so if you can help me I will be very happy and in case you do not believe me I have all the emails of what I bought

And I just wanted to say that I did not come back to you already in the previous month because I moved to a country so I was very busy so I could not write because I did not have much free time

Please fix this

I love Toca Boca but the one thing is that something really bad keeps happening to me like one day I log on and I try to like change my characters outfit and I can’t find the new outfits like the dresses the bowties and the hats and glasses you know but there’s nothing only the the default please can you help me because I really like the outfits. Also I got an iPad and I was transferring everything all the characters were there but none of my gifts were there and I love all my gifts and I really needed them for my new rule role-play can you please help me or suggest anything that I could do

You have a big problem in you’re game. I was just playing toca and decorating a house yesterday and then it glitched me off the game, I went back and I saw the my house was gone everything I worked in for half and hour was gone. This glitch happens to me so much I can’t even explain. I decorated the house again and left toca, I came back a few hours later and checked in on one of my houses I saw that everything I decorated was gone!. I was the frustrated at that point I didn’t want to decorate again so I went Into my other house and saw that everything I decorated was gone again All my houses that I decorated were gone except for one that I decorated a few hours before I saw all my all the decorations were gone in my other houses Please fix this I’m so tired of decorating and decorating it takes so much time
