Stopped working after i subscribed

This looks like a scam. I’ve tried to contact support, but their suggestions have not fixed the issue (screen stuck when trying to play any channel). This is really bad.

Doen't work

Doesn't work. Hard to use and it doesn't work. Waste of time and money. Don't bother
