Don’t download, they’re scammers
Worst service I ever got. Scammers who only want to make you pay more in fees and extra charges after they sold you a package deal with a transfer that they know would make you miss your flight. Their response? “We suggest you move quickly to make this transfer” (and that’s after I got hung up on several times.
