I had ordered this collagen and there was no update till 3 days before its arrival time then i contacted customer care and they helped me and they said your order is lost in the transaction. We want to help you What do you want Refund or Reshipping. then I expressed my desire to reshipping and they have done and sent my order again and they also told me that if your old order comes during this new receiving then you can keep as a gift and after that next 3 days i got a call from my order that your item has arrived and it was my old one and after that next week i got new one too. Because of this, I got one gift as well as the other. I was happy and I also felt strange because if I had bought one with money and I got the other for free, then I don't like free stuff. It was not a good feeling to gain someone's benefit by harming someone. That's why I did not know how to mail, so I replied to their mail. but they said that I cannot reply to this mail. Then I thought this is God's will. Then I kept it as a gift. I would like to thank iherb from the bottom of my heart for that you takes so much care of your customers. I am very happy. Thank you

An application that has a good abundance of products, but it is disappointing and a waste of money as well. During this period, I decided to try it for the first time and placed an order according to the reviews that are available on the products. All the products that I chose according to the reviews were rated with five stars, and there was suspicious praise for them, and it was a strange thing, but I did not think and said, “Maybe.” These products are really worth it. When the order arrived, I used the products for two months, and then I went in to evaluate to give the products a chance to do their job (for credibility). After two months, some of the products I was satisfied with their results and their value well, and I got $1 money from every product evaluation, and other products. I was not satisfied and I explained the matter with respect or using offensive words and without deviating from the topic, but I was surprised that when they reviewed my review, they suspended it even though I had not done anything that violated their policies, and I am sure of that. For every review, I could receive $1, and the people in the application were able to lie and deceive me to get me a reward. Money in exchange for their evaluation as they did to other people and wasted our money. In fact, I do not place the blame on deceptive consumers, but I place the greatest blame on the application itself and the lack of credibility.
