I use it for any phone recording to get down my ideas quick and add layers. Every musician should have it handy.
love the app, but…
the app always crashes! every once in a while (let’s face it, a couple times a day) the app completely crashes and doesn’t let me back in! i have to delete in completely off my phone and download it back, which obviously deletes everything I had on it already…. once that would he fixed I’d honestly rate this app 5 stars. very cool and very easy to use, but that obviously comes with a price…

We actually get reports of crashes that users suffer with the app, so we have a very good idea of how much the app crashes, and while there are definitely some cases, it is actually very rare. What this means is that probably you are specifically experiencing and issue related to your device or set up, maybe related to the amount of storage available or something similar.
