This app is an app for the Nordic walker by the editorial supervision of a Japan Nordic Fitness Association (JNFA).

It keeps a record by very easy operation, or a check is possible.
A usual walk and running also become pleasant.

- The level (health level fitness level sport level) of a walking is judged automatically (it can change manually).
