Great APP. Adding some feature will make it greater
As an Art Director, I frequently use Keynote to express my design ideas, ranging from presentations to UX design, due to its simplicity and intuitive interface. However, I have found that some basic features are missing, which could greatly enhance its functionality.
Specifically, I believe the following simple features would make Keynote even better:
1. The ability to import vector icons (.SVG, .ai, etc.) while preserving their vector appearance and being able to adjust their color.
2. The option to outline text and convert it to a shape.
3. A UX toolkit that includes pre-made pages for mobile and desktop, as well as relevant shapes. This would enable easier design of UX interfaces.
3.1. The ability to view multiple UX pages side by side would help users better compare their designs and make improvements as needed.
Intuitive, simple and powerful
I have been using keynote for several years now. What I found amazing is how it does what the other main competitor is doing with quarter or even less the amount of buttons and menues. It is intuitive and takes very short time to master. I highly recommend it.
Main tool for lectures and presentations
I am a professor of physics. I have to teach classes and make presentations at conferences. Keynote is my main tool for preparing both. I also use it for preparing figures for lecture notes and even scientific papers.
