Kiwi.com - Book Cheap Flights 4+

I had trouble to do booking, everytime was my booking declined and every time they asked me to call them for verification of my payment. Then when i finally found email for customer support, i wrote them, needed to give details of my visa card by email as regular process for them and just then was booking accepted. In my opinion, this process of booking ticket following payment verification is too complicated. When i was booking a ticket in the past, payment was immediately accepted (i used the same visa) but now just declined all the time, until i needed to contact them.

I bought a ticket at a higher price in order to have a short wait between flights. A few days after the purchase they sent me a card change with a 13 hour wait!! And when I contacted them (8 times) and explained that I was flying with a baby and I needed their help to change a flight that involved a short wait between flights (and I found them 3 more flights with a short waiting time) they stated that it was a small change and therefore they are not obligated to help me. Terrible service! They only know how to say no and said that if I'm not interested in the flight I can get $10 back even though I paid 1400 euros!!!!!!!
Don't buy anything from them because they will abandon you the second you need them!!

Hello friends, I wanted to share with you an unpleasant experience with the kiwi company. I booked a flight to Vienna, and as soon as I received the confirmation email I discovered that I had made a mistake with the order. I immediately contacted the company, but to my surprise there was no fairness towards the customer and there is no possibility of canceling the order but only with an almost full charge of the amount, when I tried to contact the company I was told that it was like this And there's nothing to do, friends, this is not a service. I wouldn't want to travel with a company that is closed to basic decency. It is always worthwhile in every deal you make in life with a company, service is the most important, everything else is not interesting and in this company the attitude was in the dark.
