Excellent app

Gives nice discounts for different places and activities, and also some new ideas about where to go and what to do.

I booked a Helicopter flight for 12 minutes through your application.
I arrived at the location at 4:20 pm after looking for the exact location.
The reception lady called and asked to send someone to pick me up for the flight.
The guy on the phone said that I missed the flight. I was there on time and came especially for the flight.
The lady at the reception was trying to assist me and tried to call Klook but we could not .get them in any way
Not only that I paid 588 AED for the flight I paid also 250 AED for taxis go and back from my hotel and the city center.
This is really bad experience!

After a long search, someone sent me Klook's email and I asked for a refund, I still haven't received the money back because they don't give me an answer.
