I ordered 6 items & I had to send 5 back because of sizing …… the customer service was extremely helpful & suggested I had the reward system, where I keep the items ( I have friends who will love the items that are too small for me ) ….. I was credited for the amount of my order 100% & re ordered items in bigger sizes …… very pleased with the customer service & would recommend this site …… Thanks Light in the box !!!!! ♥️♥️♥️
Perfect shopping experience
Just made my 3rd order and I am absolutely obsessed with this app. It is so easy to find unique styles, select the right size and get it to ship. I received both past orders well packed and on time
No way to actually contact customer support
I just made my first order (what a mistake) and only afterwards went over the reviews realizing that I most probably won’t ever get the items, since most of the folks complain of never receiving their orders, or alternatively receiving after a very long time. My attempts to find any kind of way to contact a representative or file a query completely failed - the whole help page is a bunch of FAQs which are completely useless for someone who wants to get reassurance that their order will be handled. I don’t recommend buying here, I even canceled the card I made a purchase with. I wonder how apple store approves such apps?!
