the game is great and I love it!
but, in the last few months after all episodes there is this star challenge and it come for 12 days and this is so annoying!
I can’t finish this game like this, I feel the game getting stuck over and over again!

I received 2 brown boxes to choose one item. After a few minutes both brown boxes were deleted from me without choosing from them one item.

This is the worst game I ever had
I levelled all the way to level 14 without a problem, until one day I woke up and my board looked like the beginning board.
The absurd is that my level, money, gems and fridge slots remained the same (the fridge was empty and I didn't leave it empty the night before).
I contacted the customer service, and it took them 5 days only to reset my board (clear it completely) and I bc of that, I couldn't create cookies and stuff like that - they also deleted the grocery bags and all the other resources that create resources. In other words - they made it worse.
I took me 2 more days to understand that they are not going to help me (one work day was wasted on understanding my pictures of the board!!).
ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!!!!!! NEVER HAPPENED IN ANY OTHER APP!!!!!!
