Metric was made for people who want to live longer than they would have otherwise. It's made for pro athletes, calorie counters, skydivers, girls bosses, cab drivers, stay at home moms, construction workers, and everyone in between.
After using Metric you'll know how all of your biomarkers add up and if you're aging faster than you should be, you'll have an idea for how fast other people are aging, and most importantly you'll understand how to age slower.

What’s New
Version 3.4
Here's what's new:
1. We’re launching a new Apple Watch app to help you track all of your workouts!
2. We’ve added new notification settings so you can fine tune to your heart’s desire :)
3. Workout notifications have been fixed, so the workout details will present when you tap the notification
4. The activity widget has been fixed to update more frequently throughout the day without needing to open the app.
5. We fixed a few bugs that were causing minor issues
