I usually don’t leave reviews on apps, but I’m happy to see how much better the service has gotten since the Tel-O-Fun days. This new app has changed my mind about renting a bike instead of a scooter. Great customer service. Even better prices.
Amazing customer service
I forgot to lock my bike. The CS reached out to me and informed me that they will reimbursing me for that time even though it was totally my mistake.
Doesn't let you update email through the UI
It's unreasonable and arbitrary constraint, since the account contains the verification documents so one could not work around this by closing the account and opening another one with the new email (maybe it's possible through support but cmon this is basic functionality available in Bird, Lime etc)
