I am also autistic like Vishen and always had a hard time expressing myself and connecting with people face to face - but really Sean’s podcast has really really helped me, I’ve been wanting to grow out of it and connect with others - I have a paper filled with small colorful and all over the place scribbles of all of his teachings from that podcast.. I’m so thankful for him for choosing this path for himself and for all of us - Really, he’s so inspiring to me. This first push of encouragement forward... I can’t even express how truly grateful I am, but, haha - Kinda tearing up and feel all warm inside.. 💗💞💘 ..
