Wow! Now have full app like website.
Now, the finish - fit the app to iPad (and mini of course) with adapt to it. little work.
for now I don't see problem to use same UI to iPad app, just fit to full screen. maybe in future will need to change that, not now.
No real costumer support
No dignified app or website should be without a proper customer support, meaning the customer should always have the ability to contact a live human customer support!!
First you do not allow costumer support without registration, so possible customers that have questions prior to registration could not contact anyone.
Second, even after registration, neither in the application nor the website, you do not give any manner for a customer to contact a live representative (via email, phone, WhatsApp or otherwise).
It is not acceptable.

Worst customer service
I’ve been waiting for an order for almost a month and when I approach them - their ANSWER (EXCUSE!!!) was “chines spring festival” !
