Make sure you have enabled MobileVOIP in the privacy settings (microphone) on your iOS device!

There is a lot of room for improvement

Finarea "Mobile VOIP" App downloads and installs reasonably well.
When there is a good WiFi connection then the voice quality of making calls via the iPhone, using Finarea "Mobile VOIP" App is reasonably good.

But all the good user-interface features of the PC Versions of Finarea VOIP programs are missing.

Here is the list of important missing features:
1. How many "Free Days" you have
2. How much credit you have,
3. Is the number you are calling Free or Chargeable
4. If chargeable then how much will the call you are making cost per minute
5. How long is the current call
6. Ability to look up information in your personal VOIP phone book
7. Ability to add information into your personal VOIP phone book
8. There is no access to the history of your VOIP calls

All of these features are readily available and accessible in the PC versions.
They should be available and accessible in the iPhone version.

As soon as the missing features will become available on the iPhone this App will get more stars.
