There is a problem in the middle of the game and updating the app didn't help either.. After step 87 I can't continue playing because an error message keeps popping up and then the app reboots itself.
Customer Support
CS answering very very slowly and reluctantly. I’m paying user. What the hell? I found a lot of issues and try to help the game become better. But nobody react - this is a trouble.
1. Invite link doesn’t work as expected: no invite reward; adding to friend list only after second opening game via the link, but it means that no reward anymore;
2. Issue with Shut Down screen - when you tap on the right side of the friend’s landmark - it redirect you to other friend and doesn’t make Shut down turn;
3. No ability to remove sent screenshots in the CS chat- if you sent some screenshot by mistake - you’re not able to rollback or delete it. It could be my private data and it’s decease my private rights. I have to have the ability to unsend it.
Support that not supporting; bugs everywhere
How long can person wait for the reward? Nobody from support even trying to talk with me. Robot answering me and closing the issue without even trying to help or connect with actual person. It says wait 5 days, but it has been more than 10 already.
And now every time I open app there is a new bug from me not getting rewards from daily tournaments, to not seeing if sticker that I got is new or how many copies I already have and to rolls just disappearing twice faster (10 except 5 for roll for example)
I’m going to delete the game for now, until I get actual answer from the support and my rewards for Cake tournament
