HOW DOES COUNSELLING WORK?

You are able to choose and match with an accredited counsellor based on your needs and preference, and conduct text, audio and video counselling anytime, from your mobile device. Your counsellor will also provide feedback after each session so that insights during the session can be consolidated and progress can be monitored. If you think that your current counsellor is not best suited for your needs, you can also change counsellor anytime at no extra cost.
