Very good app for your Invisalign
Timer is OPPOSITE to what users want
The timer is the inverse of what I’d wanted: I’m interested in STARTING a timer when I take out my treats. And then having the app show me how much time I have left in my 2hrs/day to stay compliant.
It seems like the timer feature was added with the company/orthodontists in mind; not the users.
Also, the selfie feature lost the first two pictures I took with it. It still has a record (two gray boxes are shown in the album), but the pictures are gone. This means I have no confidence in that feature either.
Worst customer service I have ever seen
What kind of company doesn’t speak to its customers when they are facing a problem?
I would give 0 stars but apple doesn’t allow me to do so
