One of the Worst Apps I’ve Ever Used!
This app is a complete disaster. It’s slow, constantly crashes, and half the time, it won’t even load properly. The interface is outdated and confusing, making even the simplest tasks—like checking my bill or changing my plan—an absolute nightmare.
On top of that, the customer support section is useless. It either redirects me to a broken link or gives me automated responses that don’t solve anything. If this is how the company manages its app, I can only imagine how they handle everything else.
Save yourself the frustration and just call customer service instead—if you can even get through to them!
Shame that communication company is having such terrible app
The app is not working. Login is impossible. It asks too many details on every attempt. Most of the login attempts fail. The app remain stuck. It is just a shame to have such a poor app in the store. It’s months like this and they don’t bother to fix it.
Worst app experience in a while
How hard is it to save login details like dozens of other apps. Understanding what is your account is extremely difficult, i feel like we are in 2012 when I open the app.
