A Total Scam!! Beware!
This company and app is a Pyramid Scheme, as noted in Hebrew on some reviews as well.
I wanted to warn English users.
This company seeks people to "fund" their "start-up business" with 3000$/4000$, and then invite new people and get a percentage.
Another way to earn by the scheme is adding businesses to the app, they earn a couple of cents per business (That's a joke comparing to what they invested) and obviously the "investors" are desperate to get new businesses to sign up.
They already have 800+ people that fell for that scam, they exist from around 2014 from my knowledge and very few have earned enough money to return their investment (Only top of the scheme, obviously).
If you're planning to use the app or become an "investor", know with who you're doing business with.
Honestly, such an app should be removed sometime from the App Store, time will tell.
