Use the MyUCSDHealth app to manage your health information and communicate with your doctor on your mobile devices.
With the MyUCSDHealth app you can:
· Log in to your MyUCSDChart patient portal
· Review test results, medications, immunization history, and more
· Stay in touch with your physician
· Manage your appointments
· Upload health and fitness data, including data from Apple Health app, when enrolled in self-tracking programs
· View and pay your bill
· Access your family’s health information
You can connect your account with Apple Health to integrate health-related data from your personal devices into MyUCSDChart.
Please note that information in this app is not a substitute for consultation with your provider. Seek a doctor's advice in addition to using this app and before making any medical decisions.
