This notes app comes with a 3rd party keyboard, which is most probably what you're after.

Best swipe keyboard out there
Really the best swipe keyboard on the market. Performs amazing as both a swipe keyboard and a hunt-and-peck keyboard, and the fact that it doesn't ask for permissions to anything to work is also one of its best sell points.
I would like to add that it still feels like there are a few edges to smooth here. The tutorial concept is great, but a bit too intrusive, and way too long. It made the 2-finger swiping look much harder than it really was, and almost dissuaded me from using it, but I sure am glad I didn't.
The splitting and merging of the keyboard on the iPad needs to be much more accessible. It took me a few minutes to find where the option is hidden, and even then it took me a while to understand how to customize it to the layout of the of the original iOS split keyboard. There's way too much customizability there for comfort.
There's also an annoying bug that I can't use it to write reviews in the App Store for some reason, which is really annoying, because I have a lot to say here, and am forced to write this with the less comfortable built in keyboard.
Amazing keyboard
This keyboard is just amazing
You get all of the features of all the keyboard apps currently out there in one keyboard.
It is fast as a devil ! The fastest keyboard I tried so far.
Total customization,one hand mode, Half swipe half press mode.
And so much more!
Currently only in English though.
