HOW TO GET STARTED
- Download the app and enter your Invite ID (you’ll get this from your coach).
- Finish creating your account and say hello to your coach so they know you made it!

- Nudge carefully ensures the security and confidentiality of your information. Any information you share with us is stored securely and managed with care.
- Help yourself, and your coach stay on top of trends in your health data. Sync apps like the Health app, a Fitbit, or one of our other integrated apps and devices in 2 taps.

Good but many bugs
When it is working it is good…
For some reason, on my iphone 12, many bugs, video stream stuck and Need to reset phone every time in order to start the application
Genuinely great
I like using it and a bit amazed that the content I’m seeing is “just for me” and is controlled by someone. I wish the notifications part get a little more advanced on the nudge part. I’m not sure I’m getting enough notifications when I forgot to act on what’s needed. I need to keep reminding myself to complete later. I mean you’re literally called nudge 😉
