Almost perfect

I have been using Numbers as my daily spreadsheet and have noticed significant improvements. While Pivot was a late addition, it has been seamlessly integrated into the platform.

The ability to add as many tables as I like on a blank sheet is what keeps me hooked to Numbers. However, there are a few things that are missing for me. Firstly, there is no way to save a default table style with preferences such as text align and the ability to turn the Wrap Text checkbox on/off. Additionally, I would like a faster way to resize columns to fit the table, similar to what Excel offers. Lastly, while selecting rows range, the filtering function is also selecting hidden rows, which doesn't make sense to me.

Overall, I hope that Numbers will continue to improve over time.

Stopped support for external inputs of text

In recent updates, the functionality of copying data from external spreadsheets via web browsers and pasting it into the Numbers app has deteriorated significantly. Initially, a workaround involved using a third-party tool to convert clipboard data to plain text. However, with the latest update, even this workaround has ceased to be effective. Consequently, there is currently no viable method for copying plain text, whether separated by a tab, a comma, a semi-colon, or any other delimiter. The application fails to recognize such input as separate columns and instead treats it as a single text entity. This bug has persisted and worsened over the past few updates, impairing the app's fundamental functionality for users who rely on seamless data transfer between spreadsheets.
