Great for train and bus
Finally I don't need to use the complicated apps of the train companies! Good job! I love it!
Money gone and no answer from the customer service
I booked a train ride via omio and the train was cancelled. On omio it appears valid, and I have no way to claim the refund. The app is fine until you try to chat with customer service, which seems to be implemented via web embedded into the app, requiring you to keep the app open until you get a response (I didn’t get any in 2 hours, then never heard from them in any way)

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, and we understand how frustrating this must be! If your train was cancelled, you should absolutely be entitled to a refund. It sounds like there was a delay in our customer service response, and we sincerely apologise for that. Please contact our customer support team with your booking details (select "write to us"), and we’ll make sure we help you with the refund process as quickly as possible!
They sell tickets at 4 times the price!
Be careful! The company sells tickets for flights in Poland on German carriers DB, although the train is operated by Polish companies, and the Poles have a ticket 4 times cheaper! And DB will return only part of the amount in case of cancellation 7 days before. Omio does not try to help, but blames everything on DB

In some cases, these may include cross-border routes operated in cooperation with local partners. Ticket conditions, including refunds, are determined by the carrier. While we always aim to support our customers, we are bound by the policies of the transport provider.
