Nice
But the program now has a problem it’s: I cannot change the dimensions of the inserted image
please solve the problem
Very nice, but need more development
I’m using pages for a long time now, and prefer it on the MS alternative. It is simpler, controls are accessible and the human interface, well, this is Apple…
And it supports long documents (1300 pages and more, opened easily on an iPhone, iPad and Mac, really impressive)
However, I would like to find more support for some annoying scenario
1. Pages for the Mac - you cannot creat automatic numbering and refer to them in the text (like number of equations, sections etc.)
2. Pages on the IOS - why can we have “insert date” - this is a pity. In todays reality one edit documents using Mac and iPad (sometimes iPhone). The IOS version has no problem in showing the dates that are added from Mac but cannot insert this on its own
3. Bilingual writing. There is no option to control on the paragraph style which fonts will be used for right to left writing (or left to right if this is an RTL paragraph)
Hope it will drive apple to correct these annoying design issues, but in summary, it is a good tool
Poor quality. Did anyone actually QA this?
I've tried using Pages few years now. Both on iPad and iPhone. Using iCloud, Dropbox and local storage.
UI sometimes freezes. It crashes a lot. Hope Apple does something with the crash logs generated each time.
