Working good my mistake
I appreciate the fact that it gives me the solution of finally studying with a teacher
Really happy about it
Good but lacking
The app is OK to use for video lessons and information. But some features that you have on the website version are either unavailable or I were really hard to find.
Furthermore, once you set up a payment, you have to commit to a x-times per month subscription, and though you can freeze or cancel at any time easily, you can't pay for hours as you wish so it makes it hard to be flexible.

New Subscription model is not good for all
Since sometime ago they started to allow only subscriptions users that require to subscribe to specific number of lessons per week, which is not working for me - the older way of keeping a credit of 10-20 lessons was way more convenient and financially safe.

Our subscription model allows users to have 1-5 hr/week, cancel or pause it anytime and also make free replacement with tutors of their choice.
