I know its hard for you guys to make everything top notch perfect.
Still there are some major issues regarding rendering building and natural terrain as everyone calls it “hill glitch” and a lot of hackers not being dealt with and so on and on we know its hard but you just gotta spend more time on fixing than giving us new outfits and crap
More over that its like putting quantity over quality which is every major big games downfall dont take it from me take it from games like fifa not as many people play it anymore because they release the same game every year and they getting bored

And i know you got some big collaborations like alan walker godzilla and resident evil its still just giving us quantity over quality of the real game it self sorry to say it if i look at the people that played from the start and my friends they all just quitting its getting repetitive really fast because you always die for the same glitch for the same hack for the same..... and so on and on

Yeah, no...

Don’t get me wrong, the game is unique. But there are major issues with it. Too many unpunished hackers, too many texture bugs that makes the game unplayable such as; when the enemy is on high ground it appears that he’s flying and you shoot at the texture instead at him, bugged vehicles, today I saw a giant head instead of a house and yada yada yada... poor customer service, potato server that jumps to 900 ms EVERYTIME! On top of all that you have poor ranking system, you get plus 2 points when you play 30 mins, but when you die you get -50. It’s frustrating, especially when the cause of death are those issues I mentioned.
All the developers cares about is their precious royal pass. That I won’t buy in any circumstance. Not until they start to listen to their own community.

Very disappointed with the new update

I’m a PUBG fan, I have been one ever since they released the app on the App Store, never had any problem, and all ways updated the game. How ever when I updated to the new version I had resolution problems on my I pad pro 12.9

All tho they published on there Facebook and Twitter that the resolution problem was fix it was not.

It has been two days since I contact the support team and complain, they haven’t answered, all I got was the automatic respond from a bot, with no help.
