extremely bad app
This is the worst app I ever encounter. very bad interface, why do you even need an app to get a package? Couldn’t they just use the web like everyone else. It is super sketchy. The locker pick up was the worst I have ever experience and there is no customer support at all!
they do not mention the specific location of the lockers, even in the app, I had to go to a parking lot which was locked and go down some stairs, which were covered with trash to get to the locker. when I finally found it. It did not unlock and the app did not show my package anymore.
I couldn’t get my order
I couldn’t get my order because registration doesn’t work, moreover my stuff (vitamins and such things) were in the locker that is outside under the sun 24/7 with temperature +30
