My first time and it was an amazing experience!!! For sure I’ll use it again, the price for the valve is amazing!!! If i would use a taxi it was twice the price!!! You are doing an amazing job!!!!

Do not use if you don’t want to waste hours on searching for parking in Tel Aviv! They are perfectly aware of the problem when a private car which isn’t supposed to park in the dedicated parking but still there! Their solution? Wait for the owner to remove his car, or search for (near!!) parking by yourself! Refund? Compensation? “Talk to our call center next week”! Typical Israeli fraudulent company which does not care whatsoever or even heard about customer satisfaction.

Hello Ktzip, thanks for feedback. It is important for us to emphasize that the issue of parking enforcement is the responsibility of the local municipalities. Having said that, we also share the challenges with the authorities, and the municipalities are trying to find a solution.

Hello, thanks for your feedback and high rating! The answer depends on the rental location. If you rented the car outside of Tel Aviv, you can refuel with 95 petrol at any gas station. If you rented a vehicle in Tel Aviv, these cars have a universal fuel standard and can be refueled at any of the gas stations of these companies: Dor Alon, Paz, Sonol and Delek.
