You can have one vocabulary with 10 buttons for free. For unlimited, you can subscribe at any time using the in-app purchase*.

* Sizzit Pro is a yearly subscription service that costs $23.49 (prices vary by region). Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Your subscription can be managed in your iTunes Account Settings.
