Overall the app is fine, the watch app is glitchy, works about half the time while the other times requests to log in even though logged inThe remote app takes 15 seconds to display the volume control panel, much much too long

The app is great. Beautifully designed and very easy to use. I’ll be glad if there will be an update to support iOS 14’s widgets (maybe to control the volume for example). Also it will be nice to have an Apple Watch app to control the volume with ease.

Why do i need to use an app to watch tv??????? so many steps, have to agree to more than 10 things i didn’t want even to read. This is just a tv! And at the end i can’t open Netflix because it is being updated, at 0% and not moving up. And my samsung account is somehow shared with someone else because apparently its the same one used for a phone, but a phone is not a tv!!!!!!!!! Hate the tv, hate the app and regret buying samsung
One of worst CJM/UX designs when used as TV remote

Terrible UX - every time you want to use TV remote to pause or adjust the sound, it takes a couple of seconds to “connect to the server”. Also, if you open TV remote and then switch to another app and back, SmartThings puts you immediately back to the main screen with selected devises, so you have to select the TV, then select “remote”, then wait for a couple of seconds… terrible and very inefficient CJM design!
In order to provide you with better services, some features have been improved in the new version.
