Finally quit!!!

This app helped me stay smoke free , earning badges daily and reaching achievements is a really cool feature!, it’s like getting small presents each day. I look forward daily to see what I have won for my next smoke free day. I also jog 5 kilo meters per day to improve my breathing and strengthen my heart in addition to my strength training, so exercise together with the app will change your life!

Very nice app, wish other features would be open for free use

Like many of us, it is not my first attempt to quit
But I have been using the app for few days now and even though I had few cigarettes during the past few days, I almost completely kicked the habit and I think the app helped a lot
