Let us choose maps

This game is fun but it would be more fun and epic if we could choose the maps we play next and to have a friends list and training mode where it doesn’t need internet to play training and get gems or tokens when we win a game thank you.

No customer support when needed!!!

My son is 7 years old, and he is playing from my phone this game, few months now.
He got many characters, diamonds, crowns and all other stuff.
I even allowed him to buy one of the in game package.
Last week suddenly his game was reset, and everything erased without any option to recover the account.
I contacted the customer support from the in-app “help & support” option, I’ve explained everything. It took 24 hours to reply, with questions regarding what was his status in the game, I’ve answered what ever I knew.
Got reply again after 24 hours, that they can’t continue the support because they thought they are talking to a minor. And asked me to send them an email with evidence that who ever talks with them is an adult. And they closed the ticket on their own, without even giving me the chance to explain them anything further.
My husband sent them an email, 5 days ago!! And still no reply at all!!
Meanwhile my son is frustrated and upset, because of this.
And Scopely, doesn’t seems to care at all.
Besides the progress lost, it feels also they stole my money also, cause again, no option to restore purchases.
Shame on you scopely!!

This game is the pay 2 win fall guys with Zooba system. the game lacks in graphics, gameplay and more. You can pay to get emotes that’s do something like pushing, hugging (hugging makes who you’re hugging stick to you) and more. This game is addicting and feels like a money grabber with all the updates and sponsers. Most of the updates are a sponsor when I’m writing this the barbie update came out in this update they added a challenge but the biggest thing they added is the skins you can pay a lot for one and they just aren’t worth but the saddest thing is for you to get them for free you gotta play for hours at a time. Please don’t play this game
