Description
App works with Shimano E-Bike motors via Bluetooth.
Allows:
- Get E-bike information (total distance, battery health and etc)
- Change assist settings
- Change gearing type (mechanical, electrical) and chainrings size
- Change light settings
- Presets for quick setups of your bike
- Other features depending on your bike's firmware
Warning: the new EP801 and EP6 motors do not support changing advance settings (region, circumference). All other motors with the latest firmware do not support changing advanced settings via Bluetooth.

Very good App
Provides what Shimano refuses to provide, the ability to fine tune the motor and assist levels to the customer needs. I actually tried to contact Shimano to ask why they limit their app and didn’t get an answer.
When I got the bike, eco mode was pretty much non-existent even if set on high.
I understand the next Shimano upgrade 4.9.0 once more neutralizes ST Unlocker. Will stunlocker be updated to support ships new version 4.9.0?
Merida eOne Sixty
Works great with Shimano steps 8000, just search the web for procedures on how to downgrade the motor FW to ver4.8.
Region was changed easily to US (32 kph).
You can also reduce the battery time saved for headlight.
