Supportive adds a social accountability layer to your weight-loss effort.

It syncs with your scale, graphs your weight trend, and lets you share data with friends. You can also "check in" with notes about how you're doing toward your weight goal and how well you are following your weight-loss strategy, so that you and your friends can offer mutual support.

Losing weight is really hard. Doing it with the support of friends helps significantly. It feels less scary, less lonely, and can even be fun. Also, having someone else look at your weight has a profound psychological effect. You'll notice that the more other people are watching your weight graph, the more it will tend toward your goal weight.

Using the app with even one friend can make a big difference.
